Film Transfer
When was the last time you watched your old home movies, the ones from when you were a kid? Maybe the reason you
haven’t watched them lately is because your equipment is broken. Maybe it’s just too much of a hassle to set up that
old projector.
Maybe it’s time to transfer to DVD.
Videobrite offers film transfer to DVD so you can start enjoying your home movies again. All film transfer services
are done right in our video lab, located in Santa Rosa. We’re open six days a week, and you’re welcome to call us or come in anytime that’s convenient for you.
You can even ship your film to us and we’ll send it back along with your new DVD.
Film Transfer
Our film transfer services include:
- 8mm to DVD
- Super 8 to DVD
- 16mm to DVD
We ask that you number your reels in the order you want them to appear on your final DVD so that we can put them
in the correct sequence.
We’ll add background music and a title to your DVD at no extra charge. The first title is placed at the beginning
of your DVD and may be up to 35 characters in length. We can add additional titles throughout your DVD for a
small fee. Your DVD also comes with a full-color, printed label.
DVD Duplication
Home movies make great gifts. We offer affordable DVD duplication, so once we
transfer your film to DVD, we can make extra copies for you. You can use these as backups, or you can share them
with friends and family.
Video Services
We understand that your films are precious and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you have any
questions or concerns about your film transfer, you can speak directly to a technician who will be working on
your project.
Tech Specs
For film transfer, we use professional telecine projectors, which are engineered to compensate for the
incompatibility between film and video. A high-resolution camera is mounted inside the projector and sends
a crisp and clear video signal to a produced by using nonprofessional equipment.
